As part of its relief efforts during the holy month of Ramadan, the Ataya Charitable Association distributed Zakat al-Fitr to displaced families in several displacement camps in Khan Younis governorate, aiming to alleviate their suffering and enable them to celebrate Eid with dignity.
This initiative comes in compliance with the religious duty and embodies the values of solidarity in the month of mercy, at a time when the displaced live in harsh conditions of poverty and deprivation.
Ataya confirmed that the distribution of zakat is carried out according to religious guidelines that ensure it reaches its rightful beneficiaries among the most needy groups.
It seeks to reinforce the message that this zakat is life for the people of Gaza amid extermination and starvation.
